EREN LABS — FREE TOOL RESOURCE PACK
Prepared 1 November 2026 | English | https://erenlabs.net/free-tools/

A practical reference for tutorials, workshops and editorial evaluation.
The pack contains three example files, three actual screenshots and a short fact sheet. All example products and chat messages are synthetic. Screenshots show browser tools in use, not customer results. Some native file-picker labels follow the browser's language.

1. INVENTORY COUNT SHEET
https://erenlabs.net/free-tools/inventory-count-sheet/
Open a native WooCommerce product CSV, preview stock records, then apply them to a worksheet. Counted quantities and unit costs start empty. Zero stock is kept; blank or parent-managed child stock is excluded from separate count rows. A shared-stock parent with its own numeric stock is counted once. Unsupported/virtual rows are excluded with a summary. The worksheet accepts negative expected balances, but physical counts and unit costs cannot be negative.
Limits: UTF-8 CSV, 5 MB, up to 200 eligible count rows. Required English headers: Type, Name, Stock, and SKU or ID. SKU leading zeroes are retained; missing SKUs use an id:123 worksheet identifier. A filled worksheet requires an explicit replacement step.
Try examples/woocommerce-stock-export-example.csv. It is a native WooCommerce 11.2.1 export: 15 records produce 11 count rows, with four records lacking their own numeric stock excluded. It contains separately stocked variations, a shared stock parent, zero stock and a negative backorder balance. Sales prices are not unit costs.
The downloadable count CSV is a review record, not a WooCommerce stock-update file. The tool does not adjust store inventory or reconcile orders during a physical count. Export your count before closing the tab.
For paper counts, examples/inventory-count-sheet.pdf has two A4 pages: a blind sheet and a reconciliation sheet. This is a blank manual template, independent of the interactive worksheet.

2. WOOCOMMERCE VARIATION CSV GENERATOR
https://erenlabs.net/free-tools/variation-generator/
Plan one to three local attribute axes, preview up to 500 combinations and download a new-product CSV for WooCommerce's built-in product importer. A separate planning CSV is also available. The parent is a draft and variations are linked to it. The tool does not connect to a store or directly create products.
Try examples/woocommerce-variation-example.csv on a staging store. It contains one draft parent and six variation rows. Review the expected product count, SKU uniqueness, prices, quantities and attribute selections. This example is for new products; do not treat it as a bulk update file for an existing catalog.

3. REORDER POINT CALCULATOR
https://erenlabs.net/free-tools/reorder-point-calculator/
Reorder point = average daily demand x lead time + safety stock, rounded up. Stock position = on hand + confirmed incoming - committed demand. Only subtract committed demand when it is still included in on-hand stock.
Worked example: demand 5 units/day, lead time 7 days and safety stock 10 gives a threshold of 45. Stock position 30 is 15 units below that threshold. This gap is not a purchase quantity. Seasonality, order frequency, case packs, supplier minimums and delivery timing require separate judgment.

4. CHATGPT JSON TO MARKDOWN
https://erenlabs.net/free-tools/chatgpt-json-to-markdown/
Choose conversations.json from a supported ChatGPT account export. Inspect text and omission notices, then download one Markdown note or a ZIP of notes. The tool reads the selected branch in supported mapping/current_node exports. It does not export all regenerated alternatives or preserve images, attachments, hidden messages or tool-directed output.
Limits: JSON up to 25 MB and 5,000 conversations. Unzip the account export on your device first. Keep the original account export. A built-in synthetic sample is available. It is a separate browser utility, not an Obsidian plugin or an OpenAI service.
