1. Overview

AISave is a Chrome extension that helps you organize, search, and export your AI conversations from popular AI chat assistants. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

2. Data we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your conversation content
• We do not collect personal information (name, email, address)
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or telemetry
• We do not transmit any data to our servers or any third-party servers
• We do not sell, share, or monetize your data
• We do not use cookies for tracking

3. Data stored locally

AISave stores all data locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage APIs (chrome.storage.local and IndexedDB) for your folders, tags, ratings, settings, prompt library, conversation cache and license information. This data never leaves your browser and is deleted by Chrome if you uninstall the extension.

4. Permissions

• storage — save your folders, settings and preferences locally
• activeTab / tabs — read your own conversation data from supported AI sites and detect open tabs
• sidePanel — display the AISave interface
• alarms — schedule local backups
• downloads — save exported files

5. Third-party services

AISave uses Freemius as merchant of record and payment processor for Pro subscriptions. You are redirected to Freemius's secure checkout; payment details are handled entirely by Freemius and we never see your card. The only data exchanged is a license key. See freemius.com/privacy.

6. Data security

Your data is protected by Chrome's built-in security model. No server-side breach can affect your AISave data, and you can export a full backup (JSON) at any time.

7. Children's privacy

AISave is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above.
