End User License Agreement

1License Grant

Subject to this EULA and payment of applicable fees, Eren Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of websites permitted by the plan you purchased, for your own or your clients’ legitimate business use. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by this EULA or by applicable mandatory law, you shall not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or share the Software or your license key with any third party;
• Publish or leak premium builds, download links, or updates;
• Use the Software on more sites than your plan allows;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice;
• Use the Software unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.

3Ownership & GPL

All intellectual-property rights in the Software remain the exclusive property of Eren Labs and its licensors. To the extent the Software contains PHP code that is a derivative work of WordPress, that code is provided under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (“GPL”), and your rights in that code are governed by the GPL. Your paid license additionally provides updates, premium features, and support not granted by the GPL. Non-code assets — including the “Eren Labs” name, logos, trademarks, graphics, and branding — are not licensed under the GPL and remain our exclusive property.

4Updates & Support

Automatic updates and technical support are provided only while your license is active and in good standing. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time and do not guarantee that any specific update, fix, or feature will be produced, or any specific response time.

5Fees & Licenses

Premium licenses are sold, and payments processed, through our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Freemius, Inc. (or another authorized reseller we may use). License scope, site limits, and pricing are as shown at checkout and in your plan. Using the Software beyond your plan requires an upgraded license.

6Term & Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop using and remove the Software from all sites. Sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every theme, plugin, host, or WordPress version. You are responsible for maintaining backups and testing before use.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eren Labs and Hakkı Eren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to the Software or this EULA.

9Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eren Labs and Hakkı Eren from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Software, your breach of this EULA, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
