This Policy applies to personal data processed through our website at erenlabs.net, our free and premium plugins, and our support and communication channels. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or products that we do not control, even if linked from our own.

• Data you provide. Name, email address, and messages you send us for support, licensing, or inquiries. Billing details (such as name, email, country, and tax information) are collected and processed by our reseller, Freemius, Inc., as part of checkout.
• License & usage data. To operate licensing, updates, and security, our plugins may transmit limited technical data such as license key status, plugin/theme/WordPress versions, PHP version, active/inactive events, and site URL. Where required by law, any non-essential diagnostic or usage data is collected only with your opt-in consent through the Freemius SDK.
• Automatically collected data. When you visit our website we may collect IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.

We do not intentionally collect special-category (sensitive) personal data and ask that you do not send it to us.

3How We Use Data

• To provide, activate, and maintain licenses, updates, and product functionality;
• To deliver customer support and respond to your requests;
• To process purchases, renewals, and refunds (via Freemius);
• To improve, secure, and troubleshoot our products and website;
