When and how refunds are offered for Eren Labs plugins and digital products.
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Eren Labs (operated by Hakkı Eren) offers refunds for its plugins and digital products. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final except as expressly set out below. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.

114-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with our products. For the first purchase of a new license, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date if the product does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue for you.
2Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund under the guarantee:
- The request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase;
- The request must relate to a genuine problem with the product, and you must give us a reasonable opportunity to provide support and attempt a fix;
- Your account must be in good standing and not in breach of our Terms & Conditions.
3Non-Refundable Items
The situations below fall outside our money-back guarantee.
- Requests made after the 14-day window;
- Subscription renewals, plan upgrades/downgrades, and add-on purchases;
- Purchases where you have breached our Terms & Conditions or license terms;
- Cases involving abuse, fraud, license sharing, or chargebacks;
- “Change of mind,” lack of required skills, or incompatibility you could have verified from the product description or free version before buying;
- Problems caused by third-party themes, plugins, hosting, or custom code rather than our product;
- Situations where you have already downloaded and derived substantial value from the product.
4How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@erenlabs.net (or use the request option in your Freemius account / purchase email) with your order or license details and a brief description of the issue. Reaching out to support first is the fastest way to resolve most problems.
5How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed by our reseller, Freemius, Inc., back to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your payment provider and typically completes within several business days. Once a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated and your right to use the paid product, its updates, and support ends.
6Chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will always try to help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in the immediate termination of your license and access to our products, and may make you ineligible for future purchases.
7Our Discretion
Except where a non-waivable statutory right applies to you as a consumer, refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion in accordance with this Policy. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
