1Definitions

“Software” or “Product(s)” means any plugin, extension, add-on, theme, script, update, or related digital product developed or distributed by Eren Labs, including its free and premium versions. “License” means the right to use the Software as described in these Terms and in the plan you purchased. “Freemius” means Freemius, Inc., our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, payments, taxes, invoicing, and license delivery on our behalf. These Terms apply to every purchase and use of our Products through any channel — including Freemius, our own website, or any other authorized reseller or marketplace. Where these Terms refer to Freemius, the same applies to any other authorized reseller or payment processor we may use from time to time.

2License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, Eren Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of websites (domains) permitted by the plan you purchased, solely for your own or your client’s legitimate business purposes.

The Software is licensed, not sold. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in these Terms. Any use beyond the scope of your purchased plan requires an additional or upgraded License.

3License Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable mandatory law, you shall not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Software or your license key available to any third party;
• Share, publish, or leak your license key, download links, or premium updates;
• Use a single-site or limited license on more websites than your plan allows;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, authorship, or proprietary notice;
• Use the Software in any way that infringes our or a third party’s intellectual-property or other rights, or that violates any applicable law.

4Intellectual Property & GPL

All intellectual-property rights in and to the Software, including its design, structure, documentation, and updates, are and remain the exclusive property of Eren Labs and its licensors.

Where and to the extent the Software includes PHP code that is a derivative work of WordPress, that code is made available under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (“GPL”), and your rights in that code are governed by the GPL. Your paid License additionally provides value that is not granted by the GPL, including automatic updates, premium features, and technical support for the term you purchased.

Non-code assets — including the “Eren Labs” name and logo, other trademarks, brand elements, graphics, images, and marketing materials — are not licensed under the GPL and remain our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Eren Labs intellectual property to you.

5Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All purchases are processed by Freemius as our Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase you also agree to Freemius’ applicable buyer terms and privacy policy. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already completed, but may apply to future purchases and renewals.

Applicable taxes, VAT, and similar charges are assessed and collected by Freemius where required. You are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout. All fees are payable in the currency indicated at checkout.

6Subscriptions & Renewals

Premium licenses are typically sold as auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term, and the payment method on file will be charged at the then-current renewal price. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Freemius account or license-management link; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current term. When a subscription ends, access to updates, premium features, and support may cease.

7Refund Policy

Because our Products are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are final except as set out here. We may, at our reasonable discretion, offer a money-back guarantee within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase of a new license.

Refunds may be declined where, without limitation: the request is made after the 14-day window; the purchase is a renewal, upgrade, or add-on; you have breached these Terms; there are signs of abuse, fraud, license sharing, or a chargeback; or you have already downloaded and derived substantial value from the Product. Approved refunds are processed by Freemius to the original payment method.

8Updates & Support

Updates and technical support are provided only while your license is active and in good standing. We aim to respond to reasonable support requests but do not guarantee any specific response time, resolution, or that any particular feature, bug fix, or update will be produced. Support covers the proper functioning of the Software itself and does not include custom development, third-party products, server administration, or general WordPress tuition.

9Compatibility & Backups

The WordPress ecosystem includes countless themes, plugins, hosting environments, and configurations. We do not warrant that the Software will be compatible with, or free of conflicts with, every theme, plugin, host, browser, or WordPress version, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Software at your own risk.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Eren Labs, Hakkı Eren, or any of our contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to the Software or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in such cases the above applies to the fullest extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eren Labs and Hakkı Eren from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

13Acceptable Use

You shall not use the Software to build, operate, or support any website or service that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, or harmful, or that distributes malware or violates the rights or privacy of others. We may suspend or terminate your License for any such use without refund.

14Changes to Products & Terms

We may, at any time and without liability, modify, improve, add, or discontinue any Product, feature, or plan. We may also update these Terms; the current version will always be posted at this URL with a “Last updated” date. Your continued purchase or use of any Product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15Termination

These Terms and your License remain in effect until terminated. Your License terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop using and remove the affected Software from all sites. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive termination.

16Privacy & Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Purchase and payment data are processed by Freemius in accordance with its privacy policy. Some Products may collect limited, anonymized diagnostic or usage data to improve the Software, only where permitted and, where required, with your opt-in consent.

17General Provisions

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any plan-specific terms and the Freemius buyer terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

18Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
