Merchuno for WooCommerce
A back office for small WooCommerce shops: an order desk for preparing and shipping orders, pick lists and packing slips, a product list with quick editing and product health checks, customer cards, live carts, back-in-stock emails and a sales overview. It works on the orders, products and customers WooCommerce already holds, so there is nothing to import, and it does not change your theme, cart or checkout.
- Order desk
- Pick lists & packing slips
- Product health
- Customer cards
- Live carts
- Back-in-stock emails
Not on WordPress.org yet

A back office on top of WooCommerce
Merchuno puts the daily work of a small shop on a few screens: an order desk for preparing and shipping orders, a product list with quick editing, customer cards, live carts and demand signals, and a sales overview.
Nothing to import
Merchuno reads the orders, products and customers you already have. They stay WooCommerce records, so a change made in one place shows in the other.
WooCommerce stays in place
Merchuno adds its own screens and leaves WooCommerce’s in place. Order statuses still change in WooCommerce, and WooCommerce still sends its usual emails.
No storefront changes
It works in the WordPress admin and does not change your theme, shop pages, cart or checkout. The only thing it can add to your shop is the back-in-stock form, and only after you turn it on.
Your data stays on your site
Merchuno keeps its data in your WordPress database and does not connect to any Eren Labs server. Nothing leaves your site by default.
What the free version does, job by job
No time limit and no locked features: everything below works without Pro.
Orders
- An order desk with every order grouped by stage: New, Preparing, Ready to ship and Completed. Filter, search and save views for yourself or the team.
- An order page with the next step at the top, the products with photos, the payment summary, shipping details and the order’s activity.
- Confirm each line by scanning or typing its SKU or barcode, then record the carrier, tracking number and expected delivery date, or a pickup in person.
- For up to 100 selected orders: pick lists, packing slips without prices, order summaries and a CSV export.
- Tracking messages through WooCommerce’s customer note email, as a copy, or as a WhatsApp draft.
Products and stock
- One row per product with its variations underneath; search by name, SKU or barcode.
- Quick edit of name, SKU, barcode and prices. If someone changed the product elsewhere in the meantime, Merchuno asks you to reload instead of overwriting it.
- Set the regular or sale price of all variations of a product at once, after a preview.
- Product health: products that are out of stock or have no price, SKU, photo, barcode or real category.
- A new simple product in a single form, including the stock on the shelf.
Customers
- A directory of every customer account, including people who have not ordered yet.
- A customer card with orders and spending per currency, what is still to be paid, recent orders and a timeline.
- Your team’s notes, tags and contact preferences (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
- Update a customer’s display name and billing details for future orders; past orders stay as they were.
Carts and demand
- Live carts, off until you turn them on: carts that changed in the last hour and those left unchanged for longer. Cart data is deleted after 72 hours.
- Back-in-stock requests, off until you turn them on: shoppers tick a consent box and get one WooCommerce email when the item is back.
- Shop searches of the last 30 days that found no product, most searched first.
- URL redirects (301, 302 or 410) with CSV import and export, and a 404 report that never stores IP addresses.
Reports
- Home: net sales, orders and average order for the last 7, 30 or 90 days against the period before, with the work waiting for you.
- Today: a setup checklist for a new store and the orders waiting to be prepared or paid.
- A sales report with refunds and amounts still due, by channel and currency, for any date range.
Platform
- English, Turkish, German and Spanish included; Merchuno follows your WordPress language settings.
- Add it to your phone’s home screen to open it like an app.
- Sample data for an empty store, removed completely in one click.
- A store health check, a support report without customer data, 30 days of email history and an activity log.
- WordPress personal-data export and erasure for Merchuno’s data; HPOS and posts-based order storage both supported.
From a new order to a shipped one, on one desk
Every order sits in one list, grouped by stage. Open one and the next step is at the top: confirm each line by scanning or typing its SKU or barcode, then record the shipment with carrier, tracking number and expected delivery date — or record that the customer collected it in person.
For a batch, select the orders and print a pick list that shows each product once, with the units to pick and the orders they belong to. Packing slips carry no prices; order summaries carry WooCommerce’s totals and state that they are not a tax invoice.
Three steps once it is listed
Nothing to import and no account to create.
Install
Merchuno needs WordPress 6.5, PHP 8.0 and WooCommerce 8.0 or later, with a MySQL or MariaDB database using InnoDB tables. Install it from Plugins → Add New Plugin.
Open it
Merchuno appears in the admin menu. The first time, it asks whether to share some data with Freemius; click “Skip” to continue without sharing anything.
Look around
On an empty store, open Help and click “Try with sample data”; “Remove sample data” deletes it again. Turn on live carts and back-in-stock requests under Marketing when you want them.
What Merchuno Pro adds

No. Merchuno adds its own screens and leaves WooCommerce’s in place. Orders, products and customers stay WooCommerce records, so a change made in one place shows in the other. When an order is fully shipped or handed over and nothing is left to pay, Merchuno sets it to Completed in WooCommerce; when you cancel an order, it is cancelled in WooCommerce, which restores its stock. WooCommerce sends its usual emails for these status changes.
No. The free version works without an account with Eren Labs or Freemius. The data-sharing opt-in shown when you first open Merchuno is optional. Merchuno Pro needs a license, bought through Freemius.
None by default. Merchuno keeps its data in your WordPress database and does not connect to any Eren Labs server. Data leaves your site only if you opt in to share data with Freemius, open the Upgrade page, use the Contact Us link or send deactivation feedback; when your site sends emails, such as back-in-stock emails or a tracking email you send to a customer, through your own email setup; and when a team member opens a link, such as a WhatsApp draft or a carrier’s tracking page, in their browser. The support report is a file you download. It reaches us only if you send it to us.
No. Merchuno works in the WordPress admin. It does not change your theme, shop pages, cart or checkout. The only thing it can add to your shop’s pages is the back-in-stock form on out-of-stock products, and only after you turn it on.
No. Pick lists, packing slips and order summaries are working papers for your team and information for your customers; the order summary states that it is not a tax invoice. Merchuno does not issue invoices, receipts or any other official document. Use an invoicing service or plugin that meets your country’s rules.
Yes. Merchuno declares compatibility with WooCommerce’s High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and also works with the older posts-based order storage.
English, Turkish, German and Spanish. Merchuno follows your WordPress language settings: the site language, or the language in your own profile.
Your WooCommerce orders, products and customers are not changed. Deactivating Merchuno stops its screens and scheduled clean-ups. Deleting it keeps Merchuno’s records — its database tables, its settings and the details saved on orders and customer accounts, such as shipments and customer notes — so a reinstall picks up where you left off. To remove these records for good, take a backup and delete them with a database tool.
